1. Technical Support Specialist (Full-Time) – ₦50,000 - ₦90,000/month

???? Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help our customers integrate, troubleshoot, and navigate our platform. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a smooth experience for our users.

???? Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via WhatsApp, email, and support tickets.
• Assist customers with API integration and platform setup.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to the development team when necessary.
• Ensure customers are properly onboarded and understand our platform’s features.
• Keep records of customer issues and resolutions for future reference.

???? Requirements:

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
✅ Good communication skills for customer interactions.
✅ Experience with API setup and troubleshooting is a plus.
✅ Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

We need a Sales & Growth Manager to drive revenue, attract new clients, and scale our business.

???? Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to boost revenue.
• Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns.
• Organize monthly webinars to educate them on the VTU & Bill Payment service
• Manage the Topupmate Facebook and WhatsApp Community and cross sell services
• Work with the content creation team to create effective content for our social media handles
• Handle Customer interactions, and retentions and forward projects to the Project manager
• Facilitate Sales and Payment for the company

✅ 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
✅ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✅ Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital sales is an advantage.

3️. Compliance & Support Officer (Full-Time) – ₦35,000 - ₦70,000/month

???? Job Summary:

We need a Compliance & Support Officer to handle customer KYC verification and ensure compliance with company policies.

???? Responsibilities:

• Review and verify customer KYC documents.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities.
• Assist with customer disputes related to compliance.
• Attend to customer's complaints and enquiries
